Executive Assistant

Malta  |  €38,000 - €40,000 

Our client, a company operating within the Transport industry, is recruiting for an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be forming part of the company’s executive committee and reporting to the company’s General Manager. Your duties will include;

  • Supporting the General Manager on a day-to-day basis in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Preparing regular in-depth executive reports on all aspects of the business
  • Managing complex customer and stakeholder complaints and situations with discretion, confidentiality and good judgement 
  • Preparing documents and presentations in support of objectives for the organisation
  • Manage special inter-department projects
  • Direct support in the development and monitoring of the organisation’s strategic plan, goals and KPIs
  • Take minutes and following up action points
  • Manage calendar and itinerary for the General Manager
  • Manage administrative aspect of the organisation's corporate head offices

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent business report writing skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication in Maltese and English
  • Understanding of Spanish/Italian will be considered an asset
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to manage projects as well as action tasks
  • Consistent commitment to excellence
  • Good team player

Education & Experience

  • Degree level of education in Business Administration, Strategic Management or a related field is a must
  • Experience of at least 5-7 years in an executive / management position or a similar supporting role to c-level executives
  • Experience in project management or coordination is a plus
