Customer Support Specialist - Technical

  Central Malta  |  up to €25,000 Annually 

Our client operating in the Technical Industry is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. Your duties will include: 

  • Arrange on-site repairs by sending out technical teams
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating appointments for engineer visits and technical repairs
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Act as the internal focal point for operational responsibilities

Working hours: Monday - Friday (07:00 - 16:00hrs). 

Occasional Saturdays may apply. 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Native level of Maltese
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Good communication skills

Education & Experience

  • Technical background is a must
  • Recent experience in a similar role is needed
