Customer Service Executive


 A new role as a Customer Service Executive is now available, with a well known import and distribution company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day front desk responsibilities
  • Handling all incoming calls and Emails
  • Handling sale orders, invoices and reports
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and other administrative office duties
  • Handling calls with primary clients

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with a 30 minute break

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Capable of working well under pressure while still maintaining a positive attitude
  • Posses a logical ability towards problem solving
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even under minimum supervision
  • Capable of working in a team environment

Education & Experience

  • Minimum O'Level qualification
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role
