Customer Service Co-ordinator & Stores Assistant

Our client, a fast-growing science company, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator / Stores Assistant to join their growing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Placing orders for supplier portfolios
  • Managing stock levels
  • Invoicing
  • Following up in a timely manner
  • Receipting items within the stores
  • Assisting the storekeeper as required
  • Ensuring high quality service throughout

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Maltese
  • Proven work experience in a similar industry will be considered an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • At least one year experience in a similar role.

Education & Experience

O'level Standard of Education.
