Compliance Support Administrator (part-time)


Our client is currently seeking to employ a Compliance Support Administrator on a part-time basis (20 hours). Reporting to the Compliance Manager the Compliance Support Administrator will be:

  • Conducting check and report results of the aforementioned checks
  • Managing internal and external communications 
  • Documenting of checks and communications 
  • Analysing compliance requirements 
  • Providing other administrative support as assigned

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Meticulous
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Computer skills including MS Office applications database upkeep and email

Education & Experience

  • Advanced level of education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English
  • Previous experience would be an advantage
