Clerk

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €23,000 Annually 

Our client who specializes in the Legal Services industry is looking for a Clerk. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Handle administrative tasks for the immigration department, including screening phone calls and emails, communicating with clients, and entering data into relevant databases
  • Collect necessary documentation from clients to complete applications for citizenship, residence programs, work permits, and family reunification
  • Prepare and maintain checklists and timelines for pending and completed applications, ensuring they are tracked accurately
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and other service providers
  • Maintain regular communication with clients

Requirements

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess strong organisational and excellent communication skills
  • Be goal oriented and able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

  • Possesses an A level standard education
  • Fluent command of English and Maltese
