Business Development Administrator (Reduced Hours)

We are looking for an organised and highly diligent Business Development Administrator to join our team on a Reduced Hours basis, where you will be reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and your duties will include:

  • Ensuring the well-being of clients by making sure that requests are dealt with efficiently & professionally.
  • Keeping the client updated with the status of their requests.
  • Updating our sales CRM with client developments.
  • Directing feedback from clients to the relevant personnel, ensuring this is acted upon.
  • Ensuring that clients requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Supporting the Commercial Team with other ad hoc duties that may arise.

This position is on a flexible 30-hour basis.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Highly structured, proactive and with a can-do approach
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Fluency in Maltese will be considered an asset

Education & Experience

  • An A Level standard of education
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative function
  • Experience in Sales Administration locally will be considered an advantage
