Analytical Assistant


Our Client within the public sector is currently seeking to recruit an Analytical Assistant to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assisting in prioritizing and analyzing reports as required
  • Maintaining Information Management Systems
  • Updating records
  • Organizing events and travel arrangements when needed
  • Providing general administrative assistance 
  • Managing virtual documents
  • Screening and handling telephone calls and inquiries appropriately
  • Contributing and adhering to the standard operating procedures


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluency in written and verbal Maltese and English
  • Ability to work alone and within a team
  • Proficiency in Ms Office.
  • Experience in an Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism, or a related field will be considered an asset
  • Analytical and Organisational skills

Education & Experience

A'level Standard of Education - MQF Level 4
