After Sales Clerk

Malta

Our client is looking to recruit an After Sales clerk to join their team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Attending to customers with after-sales queries
  • Attending to technicians with parts and filling transfer vouchers
  • Quoting end customers
  • Running after deposits and reminding customers
  • Invoicing of Job sheets and emailing customers
  • Filling in of warranty requests to suppliers
  • Assisting with stocktake
  • Printing of labels and labelling of received parts
  • Putting back received items for stock
  • Filing of Invoices and Job Sheets

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Maltese
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office

Education & Experience

Minimum O level of education
