Our client, within the Financial Services Industry are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update the database
- Oversee the collection and maintenance of data.
- Assist in issuing Enforcement Letters, including address verification, printing, scanning, obtaining signatures, preparing cover letters, and coordinating delivery and email distribution.
- Record and manage statistical data.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper action or direction to relevant officers, and assist with preparing outgoing correspondence.
- Manage document retention and storage to ensure accessibility when needed.
- Plan and book meetings and events, attend as required, and draft meeting minutes.
- Assist with court-related matters by preparing documents and evidence.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, labeling, printing, photocopying, and vetting documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Winter Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Summer Hours: 08:00 - 13:30

Requirements
- Hold at least an MQF 4 Level standard of education and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a school leaving certificate with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English.
- Relevant work experience and possession of an ICT qualification will be considered advantageous.
