Administrative Assistant


Our client is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join the People, Performance & Culture Section.  The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Assist the departmental teams with administrative duties
  • Manage documentation within company data system whilst supporting other departments with projects related to the system
  • Manually file paperwork across departments
  • Prepare documents for courrier, apostille and legislation
  • Prepare board packs
  • Assist with compiling physical and electronic signatures
  • Cover reception when necessary
  • Support with other administrative tasks as required

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Be proficient in written and spoken English & Maltese
  • Possess a positive work attitude and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team

Education & Experience

At least 1 year experience in similar role
