Administrative assistant

Malta  |  €19,000 - €20,000 

 A new role as an Administrative assistant with a well-known Pharmaceutical, MedTech & Cosmetic import and distribution company is now available. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Brands activities
  • Supporting the Brand Managers in organizing various projects
  • Continuously developing knowledge of the brands
  • Developing knowledge, requirements and needs on the local & export markets
  • Co-ordinating  on shopping trends activities and on Brand Campaigns
  • Point of reference/contact for our customers
  • Performation other Ad-hoc Day-to-day brands requirements

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Be capable of working on own initiative, and be a good team player
  • Fluent is English and Maltese
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite, especially Excel

Education & Experience

Possess an o-Level Standard of education. Higher qualifications would be considered an asset
