Administrative Assistant


Our client a leading advisory and tax firm based in Malta is recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the training academy team with administrative duties
  • Handling of phone calls, emails and training registrations
  • Liaising with clients on incoming inquiries and queries
  • Involved in the day-to-day implementation of ongoing training projects

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and is a team player
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
  • Own means of transport

Education & Experience

Minimum A-level standard of education
