An established Law Firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with general office/secretarial duties as well as PA responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Serve as a primary point of contact
- General administrative duties
- Maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and collating reports
- Processing bills and invoices
- Acting as a receptionist greeting clients
- Planning and managing of all travel arrangements
- Ordering of office supplies
- Liaising with relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations and clients
- Updating website/s
- Assist with PA duties
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient level of English and Maltese
- Proficient on MS Office products
- Must have a high speed of writing for taking notes
- Marketing skills in digital media will be considered an asset
Education & Experience
Minimum of A’ level standard
