Administrative Assistant

Malta  |  €16,000 - €20,000 

Our client is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join the main office hub in Malta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling and managing ad-hoc projects as well as administrative requests
  • Gathering data to generate weekly reports, updates on internal client database as well as other systems
  • Handling internal and external requests 
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Researching and obtaining information related to clients pension while updating the system with information gathered 
  • Dealing with day-to day tasks such as phone calls, answering emails and general office duties


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Strong command in both Maltese and English is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess exceptional telephone skills
  • Exposure to pension products considered an asset

Education & Experience

Minimum A'Level Education is required
