Administrative Assistant

Malta  |  €18,000 - €22,000 

One of the leading law firms in Malta providing support to local and international clients is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Corporate team.

Supporting the partners and the General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Performing general secretarial and office duties
  • Answering of phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Managing travel bookings 
  • Updating content on company website 
  • Filing, archiving, scanning and photocopying of documents while maintaining manual and electronic records
  • Managing the registration of mail
  • Updating employee details on company software

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Communicate in written and spoken English (preferably Maltese)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong admin skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Flexible in terms of tasks to be performed
  • Must take initiative
