Administrative Assistant

€20,000 - €24,000  |  Malta

An Administrative Assistant position has arisen within a Legal Firm providing Investment Services services. In this role you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Providing first line support to lawyers
  • Handling inquiries by telephone and e-mail
  • Assisting with the inputting of time sheets and preparation of invoices
  • Handling incoming and outgoing of mail and couriers while performing general secretarial and office duties
  • Taking care of diary management, preparing boardrooms for meetings, greeting clients, filing, scanning, photocopying
  • Running errands in and out of the offices

Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30hrs - 17:30hrs)


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Secretarial course or A Level Standard of Education
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and preferably Maltese
  • IT proficiency
