Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Our client is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to perform numerous general office and administrative duties.  Full-time/part-time (and full-time reduced hours) applicants will be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing and collating reports
  • Answering calls, drafting emails/letters, taking messages, handling correspondence
  • Filing, and managing calendars as well as helping with daily time management
  • Organizing, attending, and servicing meetings, composing and preparing correspondence
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations and clients
  • Acting as a receptionist and greeting clients
  • Updating website/s by liaising with the Web Designer and Content Writer
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements for VIP visits

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Maltese
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Marketing skills in digital media will be considered an asset

Education & Experience

Minimum of A’ level standard of education
