Our client is seeking an Administration Officer to join their multicultural team here in Malta

Requirements

  • Document printing to be placed in the right application.
  • Preparation for file signing before the agent come to the office; Scanning and
  • uploading to archive.
  • Files submission to the authority (with driving license).
  • Preparing, conducting, and leading meetings effectively while following the
  • meeting agenda, taking minutes, and ensuring that follow-ups are sent on a
  • weekly basis.
  • Preparation for statistics of (I) file tracking & (II) file timeline.
  • Performing any routine administrative duties as required and any other tasks.
  • Soft-copy and Hard-copy file comparison.
  • Soft-copy file uploading,

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability, effective multi-tasking skills, ability to work calmly under pressure with a meticulous attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Work consistently within established timelines and ensure strict compliance with all applicable deadlines.
  • Be Self-Motivated, Efficient, Accurate, Diligent.
  • English fluency is a must, able to understand Chinese will be a plus.
  • Must be currently living in Malta
  • Computer literate
