Our client who specialises in legal services is looking for an Administration Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Completing general administrative tasks
- Reviewing and approving invoices
- Assist with bookkeeping and coordination with the Organisation's Auditors
- Managing relationships with individual members of the organization
- Liaising and Managing the organization's interests with government entities
- Assist with the generation of revenue for the organization including obtaining sponsorships
- Taking Council meeting minutes and sending out reports and actions to be taken.
- Supporting the roles of the individual council members and their ongoing projects
- Supporting the Reception team with any short-notice emergency cover
- Training of new staff
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Maltese and English
- Strong IT skills
- Planning and project management skills
- Highly organized individual with high attention to detail
Education & Experience
Previous general administrative experience, knowledge, and understanding of organisational issues will be considered an asse
