Our Client provides Employers with innovative solutions for their HR requirements. They are seeking to grow their service offerings as well as their team by recruiting an Administration Executive.
As Administration Executive you will be responsible for:
- Supporting our payroll team with administration duties in general
- Collating and preparing documents in relation to employee onboarding
- Taking responsibility for the collection of all documentation required from employees, to organize work permits and secondments;
- Data inputting
- Issuing invoices to clients
- Management of the Jobsplus portal for various clients
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Work experience in a similar role (min 2 years)
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding and workpermits will be considered an asset
- Candidates with a passion for numbers and an interest in developing their career into a payroll role will be given priority
Education & Experience
A Level Standard or equivalent
