Administration Clerk

Malta

Our client is looking for an Administration Clerk to join their team. Your roles and responsibilities will 

  • Scheduling appointments for the technical staff's visits along with any other appointments
  • Creating reports and issuing quotations
  • Monitoring equipment repairs to meet deadlines
  • Collecting job sheets, registering data, and following up on any pending matters
  • Scanning, renaming, filing, and archiving of documents

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Skill-sets and Requirements

Prospective applicant will be required to speak Maltese

Education & Experience

Experience in a similar role would be ideal
