Our client is a leader in the legal sector.  They would like to employ an Administration Clerk.

The Role

  • Perform word processing and work with spreadsheets
  • handle clients professionally
  • do archiving, scanning and photocopying when necessary
  • prepare boardrooms for meetings
  • input timesheets
  • perform general secretarial duties
  • handle all mail

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Be highly organised
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Applications
  • Be reliable, trustworthy and responsible
  • Be able to working with minimal supervision

Education & Experience

  • Preferably have a secretarial qualification
  • An 'O' level standard of education is a must
