Our client operates in the aviation industry and as they growing they would like to engage an Administration and Ticketing Clerk
The Role
- You will be managing the ticketing system
- Assisting and advising customers
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
- Selling and promoting reservation services
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- You will handle the administration tasks of this small operation
- The role includes some book keeping duties including invoice inputting
- Other adhoc tasks as delegated by management
Experience & Qualification
- You will preferably have experience in a similar role
- You will be proficient in Microsoft packages
- Be fluent in English and preferably good knowledge of Maltese
