We are looking for an experienced and organized Administration Assistant to provide administrative support within warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of invoices
- Communicating with sales reps to schedule certain deliveries
- Receiving shipments and emailing the respective personnel
- Planning of daily deliveries and routes
- Handling of cash payments
- Managing the time schedule for the week
- Opening and closing of the stores
- Conducting stock takes
- Preparing purchase orders and allocating them to their respective routes
- Upkeeping of the stores and office
- Upkeeping and maintenance of trucks
- Handling communication by phone and email
- Delegating day to day duties to storekeepers and drivers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, accounts or related field will be considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Working Hours
Monday to Friday from 08.00hrs till 17.00hrs
