Administration Assistant

Malta  |  €16,000 - €18,000 

Our client is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will be: 

  • Assisting the HR Manager in implementing the department strategy
  • Monitoring fixed term contracts and liaising with management regarding extensions
  • Assisting with single work permits, medical examinations and other related duties
  • Supporting with recruitment, interviewing and selection
  • Supporting with manpower forecasting
  • Managing and updating all personnel records 
  • Assisting with leave and sick leave applications
  • Providing administrative support to the teams which might arise form time to time 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese
  • Attention to detail and respecting deadlines
  • Organised and msut be able to work under pressure
  • Able to work on own initiative and in a team
  • Confidence in using MS Office applications

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar environment and role would be preferred
  • Minimum of O'level standard of education
