Administration Assistant

Malta  |  up to €25,000 

Our client is looking to employ an Administration Assistant to join their growing team. As a crucial team member your responsibilities would be as follows: 

  • Daily office duties which include: organising meetings, processing internal and external communication, managing appointments and maintaining the office filing system 
  • Being the coordinator to support the running of the office effectively
  • Monitoring and following  tasks and handling the liaison with key stakeholders across the group's subsidiaries
  • Maintaining communication with banks to ensure the timely filing of documentation and liaising with relevant regulatory authorities to compile and submit documentation
  • Reviewing and updating company structure charts, company profile and reports on a regular basis
  • Performing other duties which may arise from time to time

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a similar role
  • Communication skills in English and Maltese (written and verbal)
  • Organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A team player, who would be able to work in a fast-phased environment and with minimal supervision

Education & Experience

  • A'level standard of education or equivalent
  • MS Office applications
