Administration Assistant


Our client is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join a fast-paced professional environment and support the business in Malta.

In this job the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a range of support services 
  • Front office duties including greeting visitors and clients
  • Manage bookings of meeting rooms via calendar
  • Manage and be responsible for the archiving system and processes 
  • Support the TAX department


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge in compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong command in English - read, speak and write

Education & Experience

Minimum A'Level Education is required
