Admin Assistant

Malta

Our Client operating in the Catering Industry, is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their growing team. 

  • Supporting with Administrative tasks and assisting the Directors and Senior Managers with day to day duties. 
  • Coordinating appointments and planning meetings, whilst ensuring that meeting minutes are taken. 
  • Handling of incoming correspondence, including telephone calls, emails and letters. 
  • Being the main point of contact for Clients and Suppliers.
  • Assisting in the day to day office admin needs, such as preparing reports, filing and other generic activities. 
  • Supporting the Operation Manager with HR Admin duties, including liaising with Identity Malta and Jobs Plus.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluency in English And Maltese is a must.
  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Valid Driving License is a must.

Education & Experience

  • A level standard of education is a must
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role is a requirement
