Our client, within the transportation industry, is looking to employ an Accounts & Admin Clerk who will report to the General Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Daily entry of financial transactions into the database
- Maintaining and organizing meeting schedules
- Prepare essential deposits, general ledger postings and statements, documentation, including memos and reports
- Reconcile accounts
- Respond to a vendor, client, and internal requests
- Take minutes of meetings
- Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
- Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and payroll
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 1 years previous experience within a local accounting position
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
Education & Experience
A Minimum of an A Level in Accounts and English
