Our client, an Accounting & Audit Firm, are looking to employ an Accounting & Audit Assistant to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting functions
- Maintain the general, sales and purchases ledgers
- Posting of invoices and bank transactions
- Assisting with VAT reporting preparation and reconciliations
- Maintaining office systems including data management
- General administration duties
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of local experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Great organisational skills
- Takes initiative
- Team player
Education & Experience
A candidate with O-Levels in Accounts will be considered
