Accounting & Audit Assistant

Malta  |  €20,000 - €22,000 

Our client, an Accounting & Audit Firm, are looking to employ an Accounting & Audit Assistant to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following:


  • Daily accounting functions
  • Maintain the general, sales and purchases ledgers
  • Posting of invoices and bank transactions
  • Assisting with VAT reporting preparation and reconciliations
  • Maintaining office systems including data management
  • General administration duties

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of local experience
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Great organisational skills
  • Takes initiative
  • Team player

Education & Experience

A candidate with O-Levels in Accounts will be considered
