Service Office Administrator

The vacancy of Service Office Administrator will involve the running back office duties, and acting as a support person to various departments within the company. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the company’s clients
  • Liaising with the various departments within the company in order to reach their needs
  • Ensuring that all contracts within the company are up-to-date whilst dealing with sub-contractors
  • Making sure contractual agreements are honored
  • Devising, maintaining and updating the databases and filing system

Education and Experience

  • A minimum O’Level standard of Education
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player, with the ability to work independently under least supervision
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, sophisticated, with a mature attitude
