Secretary

One of our clients operating in the corporate services industry are currently looking to recruit a secretary to join their team.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • General secretarial support
  • Registration of employees for training sessions and subsequent coordination
  • Maintaining office systems including electronic and paper filing
  • Updating of spreadsheets
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting of clients

 

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of an 'A' level standard of education
  • Previous work experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate services environment would be a significant asset

Skills:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and MS Excel
  • Organised and meticulous
