- General secretarial support
- Registration of employees for training sessions and subsequent coordination
- Maintaining office systems including electronic and paper filing
- Updating of spreadsheets
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting of clients
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of an 'A' level standard of education
- Previous work experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate services environment would be a significant asset
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and MS Excel
- Organised and meticulous
