Secretary (part-time)



In this Secretary job within the healthcare industry, you will be required to manage all clerical and administrative duties in order to optimize workflow. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of general secretarial support

  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

  • Organising and distributing mail

  • Maintaining the office system including paper and electronic filing

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

  • Handling general company record systems to uphold accurate files

  • Organizing and servicing meetings

Education and Experience

  • An A Level Standard of Education

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Ms Excel


  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

  • Good telephone and communication skills

  • Organized and meticulous

  • Currently living in Malta
