Sales Coordinator


In this job as a Sales Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager while providing administrative and functional support within a team environment. Your duties will include:

  • Completing the sales order process
  • Tracking the status of orders from entry to completion
  • Coordinating with internal departments to avoid delays in production / shipment
  • Support new product launches by arranging sample dispatches for client's
  • Liaising with internal departments to maintain accurate documentation
  • Generating various reports and highlighting issues while also recommending solutions
  • Follow up with customer complaints within a timely manner
  • Data inputting on system
  • Assist with other general administrative duties such as business reporting and presentations

Education and Experience

  • A’Level standard of Education is a must, Diploma level seen as advantageous
  • 2 years minimum of previous experience with a similar role is essential
  • Experience in Customer Care is a must
  • Excellent command of Maltese and English
  • Be computer literate - Microsoft Office
