Receptionist

A Receptionist position is currently available with a company operating within the financial services industry in Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone and e-mail correspondence
  • Greeting walk-in customers and handling queries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Replenishing and maintaining office supplies
  • Booking of meetings as requested and managing diaries
  • Inputting of data
  • Any other reception and back office duties that may be required

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum O'level standard of education will be considered as a must
  • Previous work experience (at least 1 year) in a similar role (administration/receptionist/clerical) locally is a must

  • Presentable and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised and diligent
  • Meticulous
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese & English
