Within this Receptionist job, working on a part-time flexible hours basis and reporting to the Head Receptionist your duties will include: 

  • Handling all front office operations
  • Greeting customers, ensuring they are provided with good quality services
  • Managing customer queries and handling correspondence
  • Answering telephone calls in a courteous and friendly manner and diverting calls as necessary
  • Assisting as necessary in any ad hoc administrative duties.
  • This position is on a Part-time Shift Basis from Monday to Sunday (Flexible Hours between 07:00 - 22:00hrs)

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • A minimum Ordinary level of Education or equivalent
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
