Personal Assistant

This vacancy requires a Personal Assistant to provide full administrative support to the Director as well as manage the day to day smooth running of the office. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently supporting the Director as required on administrative tasks
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Organising and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisation
  • Screening phone calls, managing voicemail and responding to external calls


Education and Experience

  • A minimum A’Level Standard of Education
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

  • Attention to detail, analytical, efficiency and flexibility
  • Ability to work on own initiative
