Personal Assistant


This Personal Assistant role is with a Clinic Director and the successful candidate will be supporting on administrative and operational duties within the clinic and other support needed on a personal level.  Your main duties will include:

  • Support the Director with appointments, filtering of emails and phone calls
  • Represent / Accompany the Director in meetings as needed
  • Assist with Administrative duties
  • Update social media pages
  • Manage a smooth operation of the clinic
  • Support client's as needed during their visits
  • Lead other ad hoc projects given from time to time

Education and Experience

  • Qualification in Psychology or a Nursing Degree is a must
  • Experience in a similar leading role within the medical field is desirable
  • IT Savvy - word, excel powerpoint, diary management, outlook / gmail / Apple
  • Possess and clean driving license + own car


  • Able to work well under pressure and handle crisis situations
  • Good level of communication in Maltese and English - verbal and written
  • Organised and good at multi-tasking
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and ambitious
