Personal Assistant to the MD

A new role of Personal Assistant to the Managing Director is now available with a company specializing in Citizenship and Residency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently supporting the Managing Director as required on administrative tasks
  • Devising and maintaining office systems and introducing SOPs
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Screening phone calls, managing voicemail and responding to external calls as may be required
  • Assisting with posting and management of invoices through the use of Excel

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00hrs

Education & Experience

  • Tertiary level of education would be preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Administrative role
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Maltese will be considered a strong asset
