Operations Support Administrator
In the role of Operations Support Administrator based in Malta, you will form part of the Project Management Team and your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the IT infrastructure division in the procurement process and logistics
- Handling the subscriptions renewals and managing the company’s inventory
- Coordinating with different internal departments such as the Sales and Projects teams
- Contacting and building relationships with suppliers and clients
Education & Experience
This vacancy requires:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- A Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Maltese would be considered a strong asset.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Being detail-oriented and able to complete tasks within tight deadlines
