Operations Assistant

Our client, an international company that deals with Asset & Wealth Management is seeking the services of an Operations Assistant to join their team.

Your Responsibilities include;

  • record keeping and maintaining databases related to transactions
  • processing payments, handling invoices, general office duties (including placing orders and office supplies)
  • assist with any HR matters
  • any other tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager

Education & Experience

  • preferably 2-3 years experience in administrative / personal assistant roles
  • proficient in MS Excel
  • preferably have a basic accounts background
  • fresh graduates will be considered


  • fluency in both written and spoken English
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • have an eye for detail
  • ability to work on own initiative
