Office Secretary


The role of an Office Secretary will require you to handle all front and back office operations and act as the department's first point of contact. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients, answering and redirecting of telephone calls
  • Organising and distributing mail
  • Maintaining the office filing system, including paper and electronic filing
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Executing other secretarial duties as required from time to time

Education and Experience

  • An A Level Standard of Education
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Ms Excel


  • A conscientious and hands-on approach
  • Good telephone and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task 
  • Organized and meticulous
  • IT savvy
