Your main responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently supporting the General Manager as required on administrative tasks
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Organising and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
- Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisation
- Screening phone calls, managing voicemail and responding to external calls
- Recording invoices and attendance data
- Preparing HR documents for new recruits and liaising with external bodies for HR purposes
Education and Experience
- Minimum A'Level Standard of Education
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese & English is a must
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
