Office Clerk

The job of Office Clerk will involve assisting the Finance department in Administrative Duties. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Helping with the general filing
  • Data inputting
  • Monitoring and maintaining invoives records
  • Assist in the administration of the company
  • Take on some ad hoc tasks as required by the company

Education and Experience

  • A minimum O’Level of Education
  • Fluency in both written and spoken MalteseEnglish 
  • Current residency in Malta


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be meticulous and hardworking
  • Be a good team player, while able to work with minimum supervision
