Office Clerk - Part Time (20 hours)

A job for a Part-Time Office Clerk is currently available. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Implementing and maintaining office systems
  • Maintaining schedules and calendars
  • Arranging and confirming appointments
  • Handling incoming emails, mail and other material
  • Setting up and maintaining document management systems
  • Maintaining databases
  • Managing office supplies

Education and Experience

  • A minimum 'A' level of Education or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of MS Applications and database management
  • Previous clerical and/or administration experience is required
  • Basic knowledge in science is considered an asset

Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Maltese is considered an asset
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Highly customer-service oriented
  • Currently living in Malta
