Office Assistant/Receptionist

In the role of Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will be taking care of all front office operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with high net worth clients and stakeholders
  • Greeting visitors at the company’s premises and answering telephone calls
  • Replying to emails and handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Organising travel arrangements and events
  • Preparation and submission of Registry of Companies and other statutory forms
  • Replenishing and maintaining office supplies
  • Maintaining safe and clean reception area and boardrooms by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team and promote good working relationships throughout the office
  • Attending to other administrative tasks as required

 

Education and Experience

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset

Skills

  • A good command of Microsoft Office
  • An outgoing personality with a hard working attitude
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Presentable with a sophisticated attitude
