Office Administrator

Malta

In this position of Office Administrator you will be offering full administrative support to the directors and team. 

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming walk-in customers, handling correspondence and upkeep of the office
  • Handling basic accounting 
  • Printing, filing and scanning of documents
  • Monitoring of the company’s procedures in line with FIAU requirements
  • Handling and updating the CRM system.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
  • Offering support to the business development manager when necessary
  • Assisting with any administrative duties as required

Working Hours - Monday to Friday from 9am - 5.30pm and Saturdays from 9am - 12pm

Education & Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in Maltese and English is a must
  • Previous experience in an administration role 
  • Minimum O Level standard of education .
