Office management is a pivotal role within Konnekt. Our front office team is wholly responsible for ensuring that all day to day processes related to the office and facilities are running smoothly. They are the first point of contact for any of our customers, and they set the tone for our interactions and the service we are able to deliver. They are an essential link in a chain of other support functions (finance, HR, marketing) in our organisation, which support us to work efficiently and better.
