Office Administrator

€18,000 - €20,000  |  Malta

A job position for an Office Administrator is currently available. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administrative support for the Finance department
  • Writing summaries of contracts
  • Reviewing and reporting on information regarding financial results to management

Education and Experience

  • Experience in an Administrative role is required
  • An A level in Accounts is preferred
  • A professional level of written and spoken English is required
  • Knowledge of the Maltese language is considered an asset


  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Strong Time management skills

This role is for full-time indefinite contract and has an attractive benefits package.
